"I called asles and they told me the price. I explained i wanted certain tires, winch, pront and back racks. When i arrived the bike was ready and waiting took maybe thiry minutes from time i arrived till i drove away. I broke the choke a few weeks later but I did not want to make the two hour drive to get them to fix it so the parts dept. shiiped me free parts and I changed it myself. "In 2006 I purchased a new Foreman 500 from your dealership. It was my 8th ATV but first from Great River Honda. Please don,t do anything different! From the time I came thru the door until I was driving away it was an enjoyable experience. The exact atv I wanted, in the color I wanted. The finance Ladies were so knowledgable, parts man very helpful, and the first time a mechanic ever helped me load my atv then sit down for 15 minutes and talk to me about the do,s and don,ts. I go thru your beautiful city on the way to my deer camp and simply call ahead for the items I need and when I get there they are on the counter waiting for me. "I would just like to thank all the staff at Great River Honda they were all very friendly and proffesional. I called and told them exactly what I was looking for,Deborha told me they had several in stock and would like to help me purchase the bike I wanted. I asked her to estimate the notes for the VTX1300R and when I bought the bike with a back rest the notes were one dollar more than she quoted. I could not wait to get home and ride my 1300R and it was all I expected it to be and more,quite a step up from my Shadow Aero. I have bought two four wheelers and two motorcycles over the last ten years from McKinney Honda. After doing buisness with Great River Honda I will not go anywhere else. I have a friend who has looked at my bike and is going to get him one tommorow. I will refer all my friends to Great River Honda. Even though all of our transactions were done over the telephone, I could not have benn more pleased with the outcome of my purchase of the 2007 Honda Goldwing Premium Audio Package. It's not often that a person will put their trust in a salesman or a dealer without seeing them in person, but, I did and you did and the transactions went well. Thanks, Randy for meeting me in Meridian, Ms. with my Goldwing, you guys took a load of my shoulder by not letting me drive the entire distance of 463 miles to pickup and signed the finance papers, you put the dealers here to shame. Thanks This is my first real motorcycle, although, I have (2) Four wheelers and (3) Scooters, these prepared me for the Goldwing and it rides beautifully. Well balanced and easy to control, I really didn't want to get off of it, but, I don't have my tags yet, to put her on the road. "I would like to thank Buster & Bryan for the support given by them during & after the purchase of my Honda Rubicon. My wife made the road trip to get the atv & was well pleased with the attitude of everyone she encountered @ Great River Honda. Upon getting the atv home we road it around & soon found the coolant being pumped out of the overflow tube for the coolant reservoir. When coolant was not coming out, steam was. We returned home & called Buster & he put Bryan on the phone. After 5 minutes of talk, the wire that was unplugged was reconnected. After a trip to town for more anti-freeze the problem was resolved.
